To customize your LevelUp leveling framework, we start by collecting information from you about your company, team and culture. We do this through a series of surveys which are completed in your LevelUp Portal.
Once complete, we synthesize your input and begin building your leveling framework.

When you are done with the Levelup process, you will have the following:
A custom LevelUp leveling framework
A communication plan
Training and rollout materials

The LevelUp leveling framework is a google sheet that include 4 tabs.
An overview page outlines the framework for your team.
The full leveling framework which defines expectations level by level.
A level lookup tool that makes it easy to review a single level.
An assessment tool that makes it easy to compare levels and assess performance against either or both. This is a great tool for progression conversations.
The framework can be edited or uploaded into another tool if desired.

We believe in starting with company-wide frameworks for a variety of reasons. First, it drives consistency across functions and leads to more fair and equitable outcomes. It’s also more practical as it simplifies the process of setting clear expectations for all.
Larger teams may desire more function-specific language or expectations. While we don’t provide that service at this time, we do offer guidance to help customize your company-wide framework for functions who might benefit from it.

Access to the LevelUp process, framework and communication training tools is a flat fee of $3,000.

Most clients complete the LevelUp process within 6 weeks.
We go through two rounds of revisions. Upon your completion of the surveys, we will synthesize your input and share out a structure for your framework for your feedback - this includes the levels and expectations on which it is built.
Once we are aligned, we will share your LevelUp leveling framework within two weeks.
